Own. Hold. Trade. Lease.
Built for clarity in institutional operations
HOLD OS is an institution-first financial platform for institutions, their customers and controlled subaccounts. It brings owning, holding, trading and leasing assets into one product, so each institution can run its operations clearly and traceably.
Why the product exists
Institutions that hold, trade or lease their customers’ assets need a system whose basic questions can be answered with confidence: whose is it, which asset is it, and who was allowed to act.
HOLD OS was built for exactly that: a coherent structure in which accounts, assets, trades and contracts each have a clear place.
Institution-first principles
A few principles recur throughout the product.
-
The institution at the center
The institution sets the frame, the active assets and the rules; there is no public signup.
-
Identity before numbers
Every quantity belongs to a specific asset with its own identity, unit and precision.
-
Explicit authority
Nothing is implied; role, account and asset decide together.
-
Lasting records
Records keep the identity they were recorded with and do not move when settings change.
Why identity and authority matter so much
Most ambiguity in financial operations comes from two places: a quantity whose asset is unclear, and an operation whose authority is unclear. HOLD OS settles both at the foundation of its architecture, not in reports assembled afterwards.
One shared financial engine for every asset, together with explicit authority rules, lets an institution’s team work with one logic and trust its records.
