Audience and use for institutions

Who is HOLD OS built for?

Institutions that hold, trade or lease their customers’ assets and need a clear structure for the institution, its customers and subaccounts.

Is HOLD OS an exchange or a public market?

No. HOLD OS is an institutional operations tool. Trades are manual and recorded with approval; automatic market execution and public trading are not part of it.

Assets and units

Which assets does HOLD OS support?

Gold, Silver and Custom assets. All three use one shared engine, and each has its own identity, unit and precision. An institution can have more than one Custom asset.

Can any kind of asset be defined as a Custom asset?

A Custom asset is a controlled definition by name, unit and precision. Defining one does not mean any asset class or financial contract is legally or operationally supported.

In what unit is cash recorded?

Each account has one shared cash wallet, and cash is recorded in whole toman. HOLD OS does not provide multicurrency accounting.

Manual prices

Does HOLD OS receive live market prices?

No. The institution records a manual reference price per asset unit, and each trade’s price is entered and approved explicitly.

How does a reference price differ from a trade price?

A reference price is for display and guidance; the trade price is the one recorded and approved for a specific trade. If no reference price is recorded, it is shown empty, never as zero.

Onboarding and sign-in

How do customers get accounts?

Accounts are created through a private process at the institution’s discretion. There is no public signup, and creating an account neither moves money nor grants financial authority.

How does sign-in work?

The default is username and password. SMS is a policy decided by the institution’s general administrator, and Authenticator is the account holder’s own security choice.

Languages and themes

How many languages does the HOLD OS interface support?

The product interface is available in 12 languages and supports both right-to-left and left-to-right layouts. This product website is also available in those twelve languages.

Can the look of the system be chosen?

The HOLD OS interface offers 13 themes.

Asset leasing

How is asset leasing recorded in HOLD OS?

Each contract is built on an approved asset profile, and the principal and rent are two separate obligations. Rent never reduces the principal, and the principal returns in the same asset, unit and standard.

Does HOLD OS guarantee lease returns or check legal compliance?

No. HOLD OS records and manages contracts; it promises no yield and does not replace legal advice.

Price and walkthrough

How much does HOLD OS cost?

The platform price is USD 6,000. Commercial details specific to your institution are set out in the institutional proposal.

How can I see the product?

Request a product walkthrough. Describe your institution’s main use case in your email so the walkthrough focuses on it.
